Jan. 26: It’s Okay To Feel!

We got another Sentimental Shye episode in the works. 

Unfortunately, I dreaded writing this post. I dreaded the thought of being vulnerable. Being emotional.  

There were points in my life when these things were seen as weaknesses. Things that people, people I loved, took advantage of. Past tense. 

Now, I embrace what I feel because feeling is raw and real and, even though feeling bad happens, it must mean there’s a possibility to feel good things too.

So I encourage you to feel something today. I also encourage you to subscribe to Shye’s Not Shy (on Spotify and to my blog posts) so that you can listen to next week’s episode where I take this and talk to you about feeling blue.
